Responsibilities
- building and developing product analytics, including creating dashboards for key scenarios and metrics,
- analyzing data, testing hypotheses, and identifying patterns using modern data analysis tools,
- designing and conducting A/B tests to justify team decisions on implementing new features,
- interacting with developers and analytics teams within the company and external divisions regarding data quality issues;
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst,
- deep understanding of statistical analysis and probability theory,
- proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse), ability to write efficient queries,
- excellent Python programming skills for processing and analyzing large volumes of data,
- practical experience in organizing and conducting A/B testing, ability to independently calculate experiment duration, understand the concepts of Minimum Detectable Effect (MDE),
- proficiency with version control systems such as Git,
- experience working with any BI system,
- experience working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar products, skills in creating and using AI agents,
- instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation;
