Business Development / Sales Manager (Fintech & Payments)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing fintech team.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, or high-risk industries preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
- Fluent English
- Industry network is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new merchants across Europe
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Work closely with product, compliance, and technical teams
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
