Mobile App Acquisition Account Manager | iGaming | Cyprus / Israel

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile / In-App Account Manager to join a fast-growing performance marketing team working in the iGaming space. This is not just a campaign management role. The company is looking for a very proactive, business-oriented person who can manage the full process end-to-end: onboarding partners, managing relationships, scaling campaigns, and driving growth independently.

• Location: Cyprus or Israel (Hybrid – 3 office days/week)
• Relocation: Relocation support available
• Salary: €4,000–5,000 + performance bonuses

What you’ll do:

• Manage mobile & in-app advertising campaigns end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and partners
• Onboard and manage new clients and traffic partners
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize traffic for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams on scaling strategies
• Stay up to date with trends in the mobile/in-app ecosystem

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile / in-app traffic
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
• Experience with AppsFlyer / MMP platforms is a must
• iGaming experience is required
• Strong account management and business development skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
• Existing industry connections / portfolio is a strong advantage
• Proactive, commercial, and performance-driven mindset
