PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY PROМОМЕД is looking for a Business Partner for Competency Development.

Responsibilities:

• Organize educational events — understand the technologies for forming a methodological base, developing a curriculum.
• Understand knowledge management methods.
• Know common training formats and their features: from short seminars to full retraining programs.
• Understand how educational business processes work, know how to configure them.
• Be able to form the infrastructure necessary for training.
• Manage processes in a training group, understand how to train super-small groups and large audiences, how to engage learners, help them master different types of materials.
• Be able to answer complex audience questions, manage stress, and establish rapport with people.

Candidate Expectations:

• Higher education – Bachelor's degree and additional professional education in professional retraining programs in the field of business training in an area corresponding to the sphere of professional activity.

Professional Skills:

• Be focused on continuous self-development, have an interest in acquiring new knowledge.
• Get to the essence of things, check facts, refer to primary sources.
• Proactively request and listen to feedback.
• Be ready for an objective assessment of your knowledge, skills, and training level.
• Strive for continuous improvement of your training programs.

Special Criteria/Competencies:

• It is recommended to undergo advanced training in business training every 2 years in an area corresponding to the sphere of professional activity. This OTF can be performed in the form of remote work and/or in the form of combined (remote) work.
