A pharmaceutical company PROMED is looking for a Business Partner for Competence Development.
What you will be doing:
- Organizing educational events — understanding technologies for forming a methodological base, developing a curriculum.
- Understanding knowledge management methods.
- Knowing common training formats and their features: from short seminars to full retraining programs.
- Understanding how business processes in education work, knowing how to set them up.
- Being able to form the infrastructure necessary for training.
- Managing processes in a training group, understanding how to train ultra-small groups and large audiences, how to engage learners, and help them master different types of materials.
- Being able to answer complex audience questions, manage stress, and establish rapport with people.
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education – bachelor's degree and additional professional education in professional retraining programs in the field of business training in an area corresponding to the professional field.
Professional skills:
- Being focused on continuous self-development, having an interest in acquiring new knowledge.
- Getting to the root of things, verifying facts, referring to primary sources.
- Proactively requesting and listening to feedback.
- Being ready for an objective assessment of one's knowledge, skills, and training level.

Special criteria/competencies:
- It is recommended to undergo professional development once every 2 years in the field of conducting business training in an area corresponding to the professional field. This OTF (Occupational Training Function) can be performed in a remote work format and/or in a combined (remote) work format.
