🛠 Hard Skills Requirements
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, Big O complexity estimation
- Python (Senior level)
- Data analysis libraries: Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels
- OOP and computational system design principles
- SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Unit and integration testing, testing methodology
➕ Will be a plus
- Mathematical statistics and machine learning fundamentals: linear models, Random Forest, LSTM
- Time series work: cleaning, forecasting, cross-validation
- Gradient boosting libraries: XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost
- Deep learning for time series: LSTM, Prophet, DeepAR
- Work in Unix-like systems, understanding CI/CD principles
- C / C++ for optimizing critical system nodes
- Higher technical education (mathematics, information technology, physics, applied sciences) or relevant experience
- Certifications in Python, data analysis, machine learning, or software architecture

- Development and enhancement of the Demand Planning module
- Design and implementation of high-load algorithms for demand forecasting and market signal analysis
- Responsibility for data handling components and forecast quality
