Requirements: Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems, Configuration Management Databases (CMDB), and ITIL practices is your golden ticket to a project that significantly speeds up approvals. Confirmed commercial experience as a Senior System Analyst for at least 5 years. Domain expertise: deep understanding of ITSM, Service Desk processes, ITIL principles, ITAM, and the logic of CMDB systems. Understanding of network protocols used in infrastructure scanning and inventory (discovery) processes. Excellent technical background: strong proficiency in SQL, skills in reading and analyzing raw artifacts (JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, application logs). Experience in conditions of incomplete documentation or dynamically changing scope – the ability to independently "obtain" information from architects, tech leads, and POs. Developed critical thinking: the ability to break down a raw business task for refinement if it is not sufficiently detailed from a technical perspective. Experience in mentoring, conducting code/tech reviews of analytical artifacts. Citizenship: RF.
