Automation QA Engineer with Java for an IT company in Southern Russia. You will need to write autotests and develop within the Java ecosystem, starting with test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Write autotests in Java
- Develop within the Java ecosystem, starting with test automation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Java/Kotlin (core, collections), ability to write code
- Experience with Git
- Experience in writing autotests using JUnit / TestNG, understanding of parameterized tests, ability to write assertions
- RestAssured: sending requests, processing responses, working with JSON/XML
- Understanding of testing Spring Boot applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL: writing queries with JOIN, verifying data in the database
- Ability to work with Docker
- Understanding of test execution in CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions), ability to read logs of a failed build
- Presence of pet projects with autotests; understanding and use of Mockito for mocks
