Personal Assistant to the CEO / Office Manager
We are Brickworks Games – a leading game developer known for our hits Grim Soul and Cyberika.
We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Personal Assistant to the CEO with Office Manager duties, who will take on administrative support for the CEO and care for our cozy office.
Your tasks will include:
- Fulfilling requests from the company's CEO: finding contacts, assisting with personal and corporate tasks, and other administrative duties;
- Delivering and receiving documents from partners, banks, and various organizations;
- Liaising with courier services: coordinating the receipt and dispatch of parcels and documents;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office: maintaining order, purchasing necessary supplies, interacting with the business center administration and contractors, handling primary document flow, organizing the work of the cleaning staff;
- Organizing internal corporate events and selecting venues for company parties and meetups (decorating the office, arranging coffee breaks, ordering catering);
- Maintaining reports on completed work.
You are the one we’re looking for if you have:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant to top management or as an Office Manager;
- The ability to present information concisely and clearly;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to prioritize, a structured and systematic approach, and the ability to plan and manage your work.
It will be a big plus if you have:
- Fluency in English or Greek.
