Responsibilities:

-Preparation, processing, and execution of company payments. -Processing, generation, and data entry into accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, etc.). -Processing of primary accounting documents. -If necessary — data collection: downloading data, obtaining bank and payment statements, and other required documentation. -Reconciliation of settlements with counterparties. -Preparation of materials for annual audit. -Control of the correctness and timeliness of payments.

Requirements:

-Possession of a residence permit (ВНЖ) in one of the European countries is a mandatory requirement. -Work experience of 2+ years in a similar position. -Practical experience with payments, banking operations, and primary accounting documentation. -Basic knowledge of accounting according to IAS/IFRS standards (experience with European standards, preferably Cyprus). -Experience in IT companies or e-commerce will be an advantage. -Specialized higher or secondary vocational education. -Attention to detail, a high level of responsibility and organization. -Ability to effectively work with a large volume of information and meet deadlines. -English language — not lower than Intermediate level.
