Required**

We are creating a mobile-first game with live streaming, where players can follow the round in real-time, see the growing multiplier, and place a bet or claim their winnings with a single tap. We need a developer who is confident in both frontend and backend, understands the principles of real-time systems, and enjoys working with products where speed, stability, and UX are crucial.

▪️ Responsibilities ▫️Develop a mobile-first game interface: live player, single-tap bets and cash-out, real-time rendering of rounds and multipliers. ▫️Implement real-time client-server interaction via WebSocket / Socket.IO: round synchronization, leaderboards, lobby chat. ▫️Write server-side logic in Node.js + TypeScript + Express 5: betting engine, outcome processing, bet history. ▫️Work with PostgreSQL + Prisma, use Redis for caching and state synchronization. ▫️Cover code with tests using Vitest, participate in code reviews. ▫️Set up and maintain the local environment using Docker Compose.

▪️ Goals for the first 1–3 months Together with the team, bring the product to a working prototype and beta. There will be an opportunity to influence not only the code but also the architecture, technical decisions, and the development of the product itself.

▪️ What is required ▫️3+ years of commercial development experience with TypeScript — Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend. ▫️Practical experience with real-time systems and WebSocket / Socket.IO. ▫️Understanding of state synchronization, latency, reconnect mechanics, and other real-time specifics. ▫️Confident work with PostgreSQL and Redis. ▫️Experience building REST and WebSocket APIs. ▫️Understanding of performance and responsiveness of interfaces on mobile devices. ▫️Careful work with tests (Vitest / Jest) and Git-flow. ▫️Independence and Middle+ level of responsibility. ▫️Experience in iGaming / betting, understanding of game mechanics and provably fair principles.

▪️ Will be a big plus ▫️Experience with Kafka / KafkaJS. ▫️Experience with ClickHouse. ▫️Work with video streams (HLS / .m3u8) or computer vision. ▫️Experience developing PWA and mobile optimization. ▫️Experience building high-load real-time systems.
