Senior Affiliate Manager

A licensed crypto-casino is building its own affiliate program. Looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of the vertical development: from attracting the first partners to building a scalable affiliate machine.

⚡️Responsibilities: — Partner search and onboarding: SEO sites, streamers, YouTube/Telegram channels, performance networks, media buyers — Formation of individual offers (RevShare, CPA, hybrid models), negotiations and deal closing — Working with Twitch / Kick / YouTube streamers - from outreach to support, performance control by NGR and ROAS — Analytics for each partner: clicks, registrations, deposits, NGR - identification of successful combinations and their scaling — Search for new funnels: affiliate networks, sub-affiliate schemes, new geos — Participation in platform development - tracking, promo materials, processes

⚡️Requirements: — 3+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming (fiat or crypto casinos) — Market understanding: key players, RevShare/CPA mechanics, specifics of the crypto audience — Experience in scaling affiliate programs - growth in the number of partners, traffic and revenue — Ability to work in a startup environment without ready-made processes, building structure from scratch — English at negotiation level
