What you will be doing:
- Formulate the infrastructure development strategy and architectural standards for the entire company;
- Design and operate high-load K8s clusters with a focus on security and network connectivity;
- Develop and implement solutions for bypassing network restrictions, work with CDNs, and configure complex routing schemes;
- Manage the infrastructure budget, including ordering physical servers and services;
- Resolve critical incidents as the "last line of defense";
- Develop the team through mentorship and code reviews of infrastructure code.
Our expectations:
- Relevant experience in a similar position in High-Load / High-Risk projects (iGaming, AdTech, Fintech), including ensuring service availability in an aggressive network environment and under blocking conditions;
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internal structure and Vault mechanisms;
- Knowledge of network protocols (HTTP/1.1, 2, gRPC, WS, TCP/UDP) and the OSI model;
- Experience with SSH, tunneling, jump servers, Teleport;
- Practice in configuring Anti-DDoS systems, traffic balancing, and WAF;
- Confident proficiency with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo;
- Experience in building CI/CD on GitLab, knowledge of Terraform, Ansible;
- Ability to quickly reconfigure network topology in case of loss of backbone channels or ASN blocking;
- Understanding of CDN internals and experience in creating own distributed edge solutions.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Rancher;
- Deploying Ceph clusters and organizing video content delivery;
- Experience with security audits;
- A sense of humor, especially when everything in monitoring is on fire.
