Responsibilities: • Create briefs for designers, motion specialists, and content creators • Analyze creative metrics and suggest data-driven improvements • Review and approve creatives, provide clear feedback to the team • Research trends and competitors (AdSpy, TikTok, etc.) • Test new ideas together with the design team • Adapt materials for different platforms and audiences

Who we are looking for: • 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer in B2C, mobile, or performance marketing • English Upper-Intermediate and above • Ability to work with metrics and translate data into concrete solutions • Experience in writing briefs for designers • Familiarity with competitive analysis tools (AdSpy, funnel analysis) • Independent, results-oriented
