Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer

We’re looking for a strong DevOps / SRE Engineer to focus on the stability, monitoring, and deployment of our infrastructure. You’ll work on scaling systems, improving security, and supporting efficient CI/CD pipelines across the team.

Experience Level: Senior Tech stack: Linux (Ubuntu/Debian), Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Ansible, GrayLog, Bash/Python scripting.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
2. Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI (build, test, deploy automation)
3. Manage and optimize Docker infrastructure
4. Implement security best practices and access control policies
5. Document architecture, infrastructure decisions, and internal processes
6. Collaborate closely with CTO, DevOps, and developers on infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (preferably Ubuntu/Debian), Nginx, Docker, PostgreSQL, CI/CD system. GitLab, Clickhouse as a plus
2. Experience with configuration management tools (we use Ansible), including a solid understanding of idempotency — what it is, why it matters, and how to implement it effectively in playbooks
3. Solid networking knowledge (IP, TCP/UDP, HTTP, iptables)
4. Strong automation skills using Bash or Python
5. Proven track record of implementing CI/CD in production environments
6. Working knowledge of system and data security practices
7. Technical English (B1+): reading docs, writing commit messages, commenting code.
