Talent Acquisition Lead

📍 Location: Europe 💼 Format: full-time, remote / office 🌍 A-Markets is an international fintech company actively growing in new markets.

What you'll do: — Fill key positions from sourcing to candidate onboarding — Set up two hiring streams: mass hiring (affiliate, support, sales) and niche hiring (everything else) — Improve hiring speed and quality: reduce time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and turnover during the probation period and the first year — Implement AI in sourcing, screening, and assessment: select tools, test, and scale what works — Develop recruiters and hiring managers: interview techniques, structured assessment, calibration — Analyze markets and competitors with a focus on Asia and LATAM — Develop EVP and employer brand together with HR and marketing — Plan hiring based on company growth goals, build basic TA analytics

What we expect: — 5+ years in international recruitment, with a strong track record of closing vacancies hands-on — Experience setting up mass hiring (sales, support, affiliate, or similar high-volume areas) — Specific performance metrics: speed, cost, turnover — Real experience implementing AI in hiring and assessment — Experience managing a team of 2–4 people — English C1+
