💼 Responsibilities:

• Participation in 1C product implementation projects as a lead consultant or functional architect.
• Conducting surveys.
• Gathering and analyzing system requirements.
• Forming and approving project and user documentation.
• Assigning tasks to 1C analysts and developers.
• Functional testing of implemented software products.
• User training and consulting.
• Classification and evaluation of user requests.

💻 Requirements:

• Experience of 4+ years.
• Higher education (technical or economic).
• Knowledge of one or more functional areas: "Personnel Accounting and Time Tracking", "Payroll and Accounting", "Employee Motivation", "Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training of Employees", "Occupational Safety".
• Good knowledge of software products: 1C: ZUP and/or 1C: ZUP CORP, confirmed by experience.
• Experience in designing solutions on the 1C platform (with deep customization of standard solutions and/or development of new functionality), good knowledge of BSP and 1C platform capabilities.
• Experience in large projects (from 5000 employees) or a desire to gain it.
• Knowledge of legislation.

➕Will be a plus:

• Possession of 1C certificates.
• Knowledge of other 1C products.
