We are building a high-load, next-generation fintech platform: • Payment processing and routing • Anti-fraud and risk management • Tools for global online merchants

We are looking for a great Middle+/Senior Python Developer to strengthen our team and help us grow.

What you will do (Tasks): • Project growth and development, implementation of solutions for scaling and fault tolerance • Improvement and adaptation of the platform for business needs and international expansion • Development of complex integration systems with external partners and services • Designing architecture and complex business logic • Making architectural decisions and choosing technologies • Optimizing service performance and database queries • Support and development of technological infrastructure in Google Cloud • (Optional) Opportunity to work with modern frontend (React, TypeScript)

Our tech stack: • Backend: Python 3.10/3.12, Flask + gevent, Litestar • Databases: PostgreSQL, peewee ORM • Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Google Pub/Sub • Tools: GitHub, Sentry, Grafana • Teamwork: JIRA, Slack, Notion

We expect you to have: • 5+ years of industrial Python development experience, knowledge of the ecosystem and writing pythonic code • Excellent knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, data structures, and algorithms • Deep understanding of relational DBMS (optimization, indexes, transactions, ACID) • Experience with microservice architectures and orchestration systems (Kubernetes) • Understanding of distributed systems principles • Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) • Plus will be: experience in fintech, payment systems, or high-load projects.
