✅**E-commerce Manager Almaty **Sphere: fintech ** Tasks: • Managing the online store and achieving sales plans. • Analysis of key performance indicators: conversion, average check, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and other metrics. • Developing sales through the website, implementing new tools and initiatives for business growth. • Managing the product assortment, controlling the accuracy of content and pricing policy. • Interaction with logistics, warehouse, marketing, and customer service departments. • Managing the sales funnel and customer experience at all stages of interaction. • Team development: recruitment, onboarding, training, and motivation of employees. • Automation and optimization of business processes using 1C, CRM, and other digital tools. • Analysis of the e-commerce market in Kazakhstan, the competitive environment, and industry best practices. • Preparation of management reports and proposals for the development of the direction.
We are looking for you if you: • Have experience managing an online store or e-commerce direction for 2 years or more. • Have successfully met and exceeded sales plans. • Have worked with CRM systems, 1C, Power BI, and analytics tools. • Understand the specifics of the Kazakhstan e-commerce market or are ready to quickly immerse yourself in it. • Have experience managing a team of 4 or more people. • Possess strong analytical skills and can make data-driven decisions. • Demonstrate systemic thinking, leadership qualities, and a results-oriented approach.
