Responsibilities

• consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgage
• sell banking products and services
• teach clients how to use Sber's services and products
• perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, exchanging money.

Requirements

• have secondary or higher education
• are friendly and ready to help clients
• actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
• are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
