Senior ML / AI Engineer

💥 We're hiring a Senior ML / AI Engineer

💡 What you'll do: • Own AI features from concept to production at scale (50k RPS, 450M users). • Build LLMs and train custom models for real-time applications. • Collaborate closely with product managers to transform goals into solutions. • Evaluate and implement model performance, monitoring for drift and regressions.

🛠 Tech stack: Python, PyTorch, GCP, GPU training, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes.

🎯 What we expect: • 5+ years in engineering with hands-on LLM experience in production. • Proven ability to train and ship models on messy data. • Strong understanding of model evaluation and production monitoring. • Proficient in Python, with a solid grasp of ML fundamentals. • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
