An international fintech company is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to develop the affiliate network for a new product in the MENA region.

Responsibilities: — Searching and attracting new affiliates using CPA and Revenue Share models — Daily affiliate hunting and processing incoming leads — Developing relationships with current partners — Coordinating payments — Monitoring activity and fraud — Communicating with affiliates and assisting with arising issues — Gathering feedback and participating in industry conferences and meetups

What's important: — Fluent Russian and English — Strong communication and sales skills — Ability to find and build relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies — Experience in marketing / sales / customer support will be a plus — Experience in Forex or the financial vertical is an advantage
