The vacancy involves training both within the company and through courses, but at the same time, we have a large number of routine tasks that you will have to deal with.
Responsibilities
- Working with the media: daily communication with journalists, analysis of the information agenda in the client's industry, development of information triggers, and organization of media publications;
- Copywriting: writing author's columns, comments, press releases, reviews, interviews, etc. (in our agency, managers write all PR texts themselves, not copywriters);
- Media monitoring and analysis of PR activities of clients and their competitors, preparation of PR reports;
- Organization of press events: press conferences, press lunches, press tours, etc.;
- Expert-level communication with clients: discussing goals, objectives, plans, presenting PR reports, consulting on PR and marketing issues;
- Preparing cost estimates (in Excel) and interacting with contractors: designers, printing houses, photographers, etc.;
- Mentoring junior members of the PR team, which implies having PR experience and a desire to share it.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in PR;
- Completed higher education in "Public Relations", "Journalism", "Marketing", "Linguistics";
- Successful experience in implemented PR projects;
- Ability to write texts of any complexity;
- English at B2 level or higher;
- Fluent oral and written speech: we expect your resume to be free of grammatical errors, and your speech to be free of words like "textA", "ikhniy" (their - colloquial/incorrect), etc.;
- Responsibility and self-discipline, ability to prioritize, effective time management, systemic thinking, and of course, friendliness in communication is important to us.
It will be a plus if you have:
- A PORTFOLIO, where we can see your texts and descriptions of implemented PR projects;
- Experience working in another agency.
