The teams in this department help brands find their audience, turn ideas into communication projects, and create content for customers, employees, and future candidates.

During your internship, you will study trends, come up with new formats, and help bring them to life.

Depending on the team, you will dive into launching new brands, developing social networks, internal communications, or design for digital channels. You will be able to participate in updating the image of own brands, create content, develop communities, and help organize events. Together with the team, you will explore audience reactions and find ideas that attract attention and evoke a response — from a single post to a project on the X5 scale.

Your bare minimum:

• Copywriting and text writing skills;
• Ability to work with content and social media;
• Knowledge of key marketing metrics and understanding of campaign effectiveness evaluation principles;
• Basic Excel skills — for working with data and calculations.
