📈 First month — Deputy role (immersion and training), then — full Head role

We are a dynamic financial company, currently in a scaling phase and looking for strong talent for our team.

Responsibilities: — Manage a team of analysts and build processes — Control tasks and the quality of the team's work — Interact with the business and related departments — Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of employees

Requirements: — At least 1 year of experience in analytics — Mandatory experience managing a team (team lead / manager) — Ability to build processes, not just "do tasks manually" — Strong communication skills — Attention to detail

Tech Stack: — Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IMPORTRANGE, etc.) — SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL: aggregates, window functions, CTE) — Python — as a plus (pandas, numpy, etc.) Will be a plus: — Fintech experience will be a plus
