Lead Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Dubai [hybrid, remote]

We are looking for a Lead Analyst for an iGaming product, focusing on building and developing a company-wide reporting and metrics system.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement a unified reporting strategy for key areas (Product, Marketing, etc.)
• Lead a team of analysts (5+ people): task distribution, development, mentorship
• Design and maintain analytical infrastructure:
• Power BI dashboards
• Product and business metrics tree
• KPI monitoring and alerting systems
• Establish a unified approach to data and metrics across teams

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming in a role related to reporting strategy and metrics (mandatory)
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people
• Strong expertise in building metrics and reporting systems
• Proficient in Power BI (or equivalents), SQL, data visualization
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
• Ability to work with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams
