We create consumer lending services at Sberbank, allowing customers to receive loans online quickly and conveniently. A client can apply for a loan, refinancing, or an educational loan directly through the mobile app or WEB, get approval in just two minutes, and instantly transfer funds to their bank card or account, without the need to visit a bank branch in person.

Our project is constantly evolving. We plan to improve the customer experience and develop our services by implementing dynamic pricing mechanics.

Working in our team will allow you to participate in all stages of developing high-load distributed systems, from design to deployment into production. You will be able to actively influence the creation of new products and the improvement of existing business processes, applying modern technologies and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identifying business and customer needs.

• Coordinating functional and technical requirements together with the team.

• Developing new features for products within the Sbol application

• Actively participating in making key technical decisions regarding the development of the team's products

• Developing and maintaining existing functionality within the team's area of responsibility

• Implementing the collection of product and technical metrics for our tools

• Maintaining the codebase in proper condition, conducting refactoring and optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Android application development experience,

• Knowledge of Java and Kotlin, Android SDK, JetPack Compose, Dagger2, Kotlin Coroutines + Flow, classic data structures and algorithms,

• Experience in creating custom UI

• Basic knowledge of mobile application security,

• Ability to follow SOLID with Clean Architecture and apply design patterns in practice, ability to work with MVVM, knowledge of MVI and MVP

• Experience in developing multithreaded client-server applications

• Experience in profiling Android applications

• Knowledge of git flow, ability to write clean, documented, high-performance, and testable code.

Will be a plus:

• experience working with agents / LLMs to accomplish assigned tasks
