Senior Product Designer

Looking for a strong senior product designer for the team 🚀 at Ozon Tech.

We currently need someone who can not only work with UI but also deeply dive into UX, complex systems, and real engineering scenarios.

What kind of tasks do we have:

• designing internal tools for developers and SRE
• working with systems at the level of monitoring, stability, and logging
• a lot of uncertainty, few ready-made references
• focus on logic, structure, and real benefit, not just visuals

Who we are looking for:

• an experienced senior product designer
• with strong UX thinking (research, scenarios, working with uncertainty)
• with experience in complex systems or the readiness to quickly dive into them
• someone who can influence the product, not just "draw screens"

Working at the intersection of engineering products and user experience is not the easiest, but a very interesting domain.
