We are currently looking for a Technologist-Programmer for Metalworking.

Full-time employment is required. Due to the increasing number of orders, remote work on a project basis is also possible.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a technological route and selection of an effective method for product manufacturing, utilizing the area's equipment (3+1 milling and Y-axis turn-mill CNC machines, Fanuc control), involving external partners for cooperation if necessary

• Creation of control programs in SolidCAM, participation in debugging on the machine. Determination of machining parameters.

• Development of fixtures, determination of the need for equipment and tooling procurement

• Selection of cutting tools and measuring tools

• Calculation of time standards, material stock, tools, and consumables. Monitoring their compliance. Optimization of technological processes to prevent downtime and reduce changeover time

• Monitoring compliance with technological discipline, regulations, correct operation of equipment and measuring tools by employees

• Monitoring product quality compliance with technological process requirements

• Monitoring the condition and timely maintenance of equipment by the service department, organizing equipment maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments

• Interaction with QA, designers, administrative departments, etc.

• On-site staff training.

Requirements:

• Specialized education not lower than secondary technical and relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of the technology for processing non-ferrous metals, stainless steels, structural materials, and plastics.
• Ability to read drawings fluently, proficiency in working with GOST standards and reference materials.
• Confident knowledge of the structure and operating principles of CNC machining centers.
• Knowledge of the SolidCAM CAM system (post-processors for SolidCAM)

• Salary level determined individually.
• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Full-time employment is preferred. Part-time employment and remote work under a civil law contract are discussed if necessary.
