As part of the Ushatava fashion house's back office, we are looking for a Garment Technologist.
Key responsibilities:
- Participation in the handover of sketches from the design department to the technical design department. Discussion of construction and technology features together with the designer and technical designer.
- Development of model technologies:
- Outerwear (fur coat, down jacket, coat, raincoat, trench coat, jacket);
- Suit group (suits, blazers, light jackets, etc.);
- Dress and blouse group (dresses, sundresses, tunics, blouses, shirts, etc.);
- Waist group (skirts, trousers, shorts, etc.);
- Knitted garments (hoodies, sweatshirts, trousers, shorts, dresses, etc.).
- Development of technologies for models made from various materials: fur, outerwear, raincoat, trench coat, suit, dress, knitwear.
- Quality control of sewing experimental samples and standard samples.
- Participation in fittings.
- Creation of technical documentation for production runs: technical specifications, processing sequence, diagrams of seam processing.
- Creation of nomenclatures, bills of materials, and characteristics in 1C.
- Release and movement of standard samples in 1C.
- Ordering raw materials in 1C for product manufacturing.
- Movement of raw materials in 1C.
- Training and consultation for managers on placing model orders into production runs.
- Verification of contractor samples for compliance with technological requirements.
- Filling out a report on the acceptance of a contractor sample.
- Training and consultation for the quality control department on batch acceptance.
Our expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience as a technologist
- Higher professional education (technologist), additional courses in garment production
- Proficiency in 1C, Google Docs, Excel
- Responsibility, communication skills, ability to work in a multitasking environment, speed of task execution
