HR Administrator

The Made of Storm team is looking for an organized and proactive HR Administrator 🔥

📍Location: Limassol, Cyprus

📌 Main tasks:

• Maintaining the HiBob HRM system (Cyprus)
• Working with HR documents
• Processing hiring and resignations
• Supporting managers
• Liaising with relevant teams
• Benefits administration
• Office management
• Organizing business trips

📌 What we expect from you:

• Experience in HR administration and/or office management (preferably with international teams and/or Cyprus).
• A habit of working precisely and systematically: no data gaps, regular checks, clear document storage structure.
• Ability to manage processes "from request to result": gather data, prepare documents, make changes, transfer information to related teams, control deadlines/signatures.
• Confident work with HRM systems (experience with HiBob will be a plus), attention to data and documents.
• Accuracy, responsibility, ability to work with confidential information.

❗️It is important to have a B2 level of English or higher.
