Regional Marketing Manager / CMO (iGaming)
A major international iGaming holding is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager / CMO to develop key regions: Asia and Latin America.
About the company:
The company is one of the largest players in the iGaming industry, operating since 2016. The brand name is not disclosed.
Today it is a large-scale ecosystem that includes:
- B2B platform;
- Own B2C products;
- Media buying;
- Affiliate networks;
- Customer care;
- Development of own games.
The company has over 3,000 employees, with the main office located in Cyprus.
About the position
We are looking for an experienced marketer at the Regional Marketing Manager or CMO level, who will take on the development and scaling of marketing in one of the priority regions.
Priority regions:
- India;
- Southeast Asia;
- Japan;
- South Korea;
- Latin America (LATAM).
CIS and Turkey are not considered.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of internal in-house teams: performance, brand, sponsorship, influencer marketing.
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the assigned region.
- Management of a marketing budget of millions of dollars per month.
- Work with analytics, metrics, and the effectiveness of acquisition channels.
- Close interaction with the Global CMO and the regional Head (business owner of the region).
- Scaling the user base and growth of key business indicators.
Who we are looking for:
- An experienced marketer with a strong strategic and operational background.
- A candidate with experience in managing large teams and large volumes of traffic.
- A specialist from iGaming, GameDev (especially casual games with a multi-million audience), large marketing agencies, or retail.
- A person who can work in an international environment and build effective interaction with teams.
Conditions:
- Flexible salary range, discussed individually.

- Priority is relocation to Cyprus.
- Full relocation package: payment of transfer, migration issues, and accommodation in Cyprus for the entire period of employment.
