Requirements: Strong full-stack development experience and solid architectural/technical skills. Practical experience with code agents in real work (preferably Claude Code, or Codex / OpenCode). Ownership mindset - the ability to independently lead a product and be responsible for the result. Understanding of infrastructure principles (Cloud, GKE, CI/CD) and DevOps practices. Will be a plus: Experience with Golang (or willingness to quickly get into it) + knowledge of Python. Experience with GCP, GKE, Terraform, GitLab CI. Experience creating AI agent-based services.
