We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who thinks systemically, sees the product as a whole, and knows how to make decisions several steps ahead. In this role, you will create a user experience that people truly enjoy, while balancing business goals and technical limitations.
What you will do:
- Improve product UX, influencing user activation, engagement, and retention
- Generate ideas, create prototypes, and participate in product workshops
- Analyze user scenarios and flows, identify bottlenecks and logical inconsistencies
- Balance business goals, technical limitations, and user experience
- Constructively challenge decisions of product managers and the development team
- Use data to test hypotheses and make decisions

- A specialist with strong observation skills and the ability to see patterns in user behavior

- Proficient in prototyping, UX research, and solution testing

- Experience with mobile products and an understanding of Growth UX
