What you will be doing:
- Developing proposals for broadcast topics, taking into account the current information agenda.
- Forming the main broadcast block, layout.
- Assigning tasks to editors, proofreading texts, monitoring deadlines and quality of materials.
- Editing the broadcast, including segments and questions for experts.
- Constant monitoring of the information flow, prompt response to important events, formulating tasks for the team;
- Long-term planning, searching and evaluating news leads, developing technical specifications, deadlines.
- Organizing and coordinating the work of all employees involved in the broadcast, assigning tasks.
- Ensuring the uninterrupted content production process.
- Developing and implementing new editorial formats.
- Developing ideas for exclusive materials, special projects, interviews.
- Participating in the editorial staff's HR policy, mentoring, analyzing employee performance.

- Deep understanding of business and economic topics, broad general knowledge.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Text editing and writing skills.
- Knowledge of the media market and trends in radio broadcasting.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resistance.
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
- English language proficiency sufficient for working with international sources and guests.
