Hello everyone! We are looking for a Growth Manager for one of our portfolio AI startups.
The startup is building a global entry point into the world of AI: an ecosystem of four directions (events, education, job board, expert directory). Among its partners are top US universities and The Economist.
We are looking for a Growth Manager with an entrepreneurial approach: someone who will first build the architecture of funnels and processes with their own hands, and then lead the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
• Launching hypotheses, advertising campaigns, and email sequences with subsequent scaling through the team • Analysis of target audience, positioning, segmentation • CRO and building TOF/MOF/BOF funnels with a sales cycle of 3+ months • Working with affiliate models and CRM (cross-sell/upsell)
Requirements:
• Experience in EdTech and Events is mandatory • Confident command of analytics • Understanding the logic of working with traffic on various platforms (X, Telegram Ads, Reddit, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) • English Upper-Intermediate+ • Experience in a holding company or agency is a plus
