Middle Developer, Remote

We are looking for a middle-level developer (or a confident junior+, close to middle) who knows how to do one or more of the following:

1. Mobile applications
2. Desktop applications
3. Scripts/services for automation (bots, integrations, parsers, etc.)

What you will be doing:

🌸Developing and maintaining internal tools:

• small applications for real business tasks
• admin panels, dashboards, utilities for the team 🌸Automating routine processes:
• integrations with external APIs
• scripts, bots, parsers 🌸Occasionally – prototyping ideas with quick MVPs:
• build a working version in 2–7 days
• then improve based on feedback 🌸Troubleshooting bugs and refining existing tools.

Work format:

💦We don't care about a specific framework, but rather that you can bring tasks to a working result: from idea to a tool that is actually used. 💦We don't have specific tasks, and therefore no "get task - close task" mode. 💦You will have a lot of freedom: you can suggest ideas yourself, choose which internal projects to develop and where to invest your efforts. 💦If a project "takes off" – saves the team time, brings in money, or significantly improves processes – this is directly converted into your income: in the form of tangible bonuses or rapid salary growth.

What we expect from you:

💦You know how to finish tasks: not just start writing code, but bring it to the state of "users are actually using it". 💦You can take on a task, ask clarifying questions, and then independently drive it to completion. 💦You are not afraid to figure out a new library / API / service if it's needed for the task. 💦It's good if you have experience working in small teams / startups or pet projects that you have completed.

Conditions:

☘️Format: remote. ☘️Employment: we can discuss full-time or part-time. ☘️Payment: at the initial stage from $1100, but upon completion of tasks, this amount can reach $4000. ☘️No endless calls and bureaucracy – we communicate on business.
