"Water and Milk" is a company that supplies goods for coffee shops and HoReCa establishments. We are looking for a junior developer to create small programs and automate work processes. We are considering students from technical universities who are ready to combine their studies with a regular part-time job. There are many tasks, so we expect long-term cooperation and development of created solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop small programs to automate the company's work processes.
- Configure data retrieval, processing, and transfer via API.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for development, verify and refine the generated code.
- Test programs, fix bugs, and maintain their operation.
- Develop created solutions and suggest improvements.
- Periodically visit the company for meetings with management.
Requirements
- Including a student of a technical university with basic programming skills. Commercial experience is not required.
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language. We do not limit development to a specific language: Python, JavaScript, or other suitable technologies can be used. It is important to choose tools for the task and bring the solution to a working result.
- Willingness to dedicate at least 10 hours per week to work.
- Independent thinking, initiative, and a desire to understand tasks.
- Ability to use GPT for development, understand, verify, and refine the generated code. Deep programming experience is not required at the start.
- Willingness to learn, take on tasks, and suggest improvements.
Will be an advantage: Experience with APIs, data processing, and creating integrations, academic or personal projects, ability to independently understand technical documentation, launch and maintain programs will be an advantage. We also consider candidates with basic skills who are willing to learn and solve problems using GPT.
Conditions
- Part-time employment, regular part-time work, and long-term cooperation.
- Primarily remote work with periodic meetings with management at the company.
- Flexible schedule of at least 10 hours per week. You can work from home or a dormitory, combine work with studies, and complete tasks on weekends. The number of hours and working time will be agreed individually.
- Payment – 500 ₽ net per hour worked. Income of 50,000 ₽ net per month is calculated for 100 working hours. At the same time, we consider candidates willing to dedicate at least 10 hours per week to work. You can work less or more than 100 hours a month; the final income depends on the number of hours worked.
- A transparent procedure for tracking working time for both parties will be agreed individually.
- At the initial stage, payments will be made weekly for your peace of mind when starting cooperation. Later – twice a month.
- We provide paid access to GPT and other necessary development tools. All expenses for them are paid by the employer.
- For remote work, you need your own computer or laptop and a stable internet connection. In some cases, we are ready to discuss providing a company computer.
- As skills and independence grow, the hourly rate will be reviewed. Faster task completion and creation of efficient and reliable programs are grounds for a pay increase.
