About Us**
Blackpires is a clothing brand with its own production. We sell on Wildberries, Ozon, and Lamoda. Currently, our assortment includes about 180 products, and by 2027, it will exceed 400. We are growing and want to manage our business using data, not manual Excel exports. We are looking for someone to build this system with us.
Responsibilities
- Connect to Wildberries, Ozon, Lamoda, and MoiSklad APIs and set up automatic daily data uploads.
- Create a unified product catalog: marketplace SKUs, barcodes, cost of goods sold.
- Automate calculations: margin per product, stock levels and turnover, reorder needs, pricing recommendations.
- Create reports and dashboards for management and the sales department.
- Automate routine tasks: regular reports, Telegram notifications, data exports.
We are already defining the calculation logic and rules. Your task is to turn them into a working system and develop it further.
What We're Looking For
- You write code using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) and understand the generated code. You can check and fix it.
- Basic Python skills: API requests, working with JSON, pandas.
- Basic SQL or confident work with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
- Have at least one personal project where you worked with a third-party API. Be ready to demonstrate it during the interview.
- Attention to detail with numbers: you cross-check results with the source before saying "done".
- Autonomy: you can read documentation and are not afraid to ask questions.
This will be a big plus
- Experience with Wildberries or Ozon APIs, experience working for a seller or an agency managing marketplace stores.
- Understanding of marketplace economics: commission, logistics, buybacks, promotional discounts (SPP).
- Google Apps Script, Yandex DataLens, or Looker Studio.
- Git, PostgreSQL, experience working with servers (VPS, cron).
- Telegram bots.
