We are HONEXAUTO, a company in the automotive parts and engines sector.

We are developing our own internal system that integrates warehouse accounting, sales, supply, pricing, work with Avito, B2B orders, reporting, and employee interaction.

We are looking for a specialist who can delve into business processes, identify areas for automation, and ensure solutions are practically implemented by employees.

This position is for someone who is interested not just in writing individual scripts, but in seeing the entire process: from task definition to implementation and results verification.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company's current processes: sales, warehouse, supply, booking, returns, pricing, and reporting.
• Gather requirements from managers and employees, transforming them into clear technical tasks.
• Develop the internal HONEX system in Python.
• Automate warehouse accounting for auto parts and engines.
• Enhance processes for applications, bookings, sales, returns, and goods movements.
• Work with the Avito API: prices, stock levels, listings, messages, and update queues.
• Develop parsers for prices and availability on ZZAP, EMEX, Avito, and other platforms.
• Automate price calculations, offer comparisons, and recommendation preparation.
• Generate reports on sales, margins, cost prices, returns, and inventory.
• Work with Excel, Google Sheets, and data exports for 1C.
• Develop Telegram bots, notifications, and email campaigns.
• Support the B2B catalog and wholesale client portal.
• Enhance the internal React panel in conjunction with backend functionality.
• Maintain and improve existing tools.
• Estimate task timelines and track progress.
• Verify results after implementation and collect user feedback.
• Write short and clear instructions for employees.

You are a good fit if you

• Confidently write in Python and can independently implement a working script or a small service.
• Can work with REST API, JSON, CSV, Excel, and databases.
• Can understand an existing project and carefully modify existing code.
• Know how to first understand the business process and then propose a technical solution.
• Independently read documentation, including in English.
• Are not discouraged if the API is poorly documented or data arrives in an inconvenient format.
• Understand the importance of data integrity, operation logging, and backups.
• Test changes before deployment and do not introduce untested code into the production system.
• Complete tasks through to actual use by employees.
• Can explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Use AI tools in your work, but independently verify the code and results.

Will be an advantage

• Experience automating processes in a trading company.
• Experience with auto parts, warehouse accounting, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of FastAPI or other Python web frameworks.
• Experience developing interfaces in React.
• Working with Avito API, Google API, or Telegram Bot API.
• Experience writing parsers.
• Understanding of procurement, pricing, sales, and warehouse logistics processes.
• Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, and Linux system services.
• GitHub profile or examples of implemented projects.
