Senior/Lead Python Backend Developer at Vse I.I.

Vse I.I. is an aggregator of the world's leading neural networks, available directly in Telegram. In December, we successfully completed a beta launch and are now in a phase of active growth. The product is already live, with real users and load, and our immediate goal is to confidently handle multiple growth (x10) without degradation in service quality.

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer in Python who will work with key parts of the system: business logic, payments, Telegram integrations, and the AI core of the product. The role involves significant influence on the platform's architecture, stability, and further scaling.

🔶 You're a fit for us if: • you have 4+ years of commercial experience in Python; • you confidently work with FastAPI and backend architecture; • you have written Telegram bots and mini-apps on webhooks in production; • you have worked with Firebase / Firestore not only at the query level but also architecturally; • you understand JWT authorization, have integrated payment systems and/or AI APIs; • you are interested in working with a live product, load, and economics; • you are considering growth towards Team Lead as the team and product develop.

🔸 Tasks: 1️⃣ Develop and stabilize the Telegram part of the product: • webhooks, • user sessions, • predictable performance under load. 2️⃣ Work with payment logic and subscriptions 3️⃣ Participate in building internal product systems: • CRM and affiliate program logic (affiliates, commissions), • linking product and financial data. 4️⃣ Develop the AI core of the product: • integrations with external AI providers, • unification of model interaction interfaces, • connecting new neural networks. 5️⃣ Work with the economics of AI requests: • calculating tokenomics, • controlling and optimizing unit economics when working with multiple providers. 6️⃣ Maintain and improve API contracts: • resilience to external service errors, • correct handling of edge-case scenarios. 7️⃣ Participate in architectural decisions and preparing the system for scaling.

🔶 Conditions and format: 1️⃣ Remote work without geographical restrictions or office in St. Petersburg. 2️⃣ Collaboration format is project-based: • you yourself influence the cost of your services, • payment is made in two stages: at the start and upon delivery of the agreed scope of work. 3️⃣ Small team, direct communication with founders, quick decisions without bureaucracy. 4️⃣ Upon successful completion of tasks and product growth, a transition to a permanent format and further development of the role up to CTO / Tech Lead is possible.
