AI-first Developer / AI Automation Specialist

Hello! We are MOX Creative Studio — a creative digital studio. We do branding, websites, digital products, and are developing the AI tools for business direction.

We are currently looking for an AI-first Developer / AI Automation Specialist — someone who doesn't just use ChatGPT, but knows how to build working solutions: automations, AI services, agency workflows, and pipelines.

If you are interested in creating AI tools that truly help the team and clients work faster, we would be happy to meet you.

What you will do:

— build AI-first services, internal tools, and client solutions;

— automate studio and client processes;

— work with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and other AI coding tools;

— design agency workflows, pipelines, and connections between services;

— connect APIs, webhooks, CRMs, Telegram Bot API, websites, and CMS;

— launch projects, find bugs, and bring solutions to a working state;

— review AI-generated code and make it understandable for the team.

For us, it's important that:

— you understand API, JSON, webhooks, and Git;

— you know how to work with AI coding tools;

— you use or want to develop agency workflows and AI pipelines;

— you can independently understand a task and propose a solution;

— you don't hand over raw AI code without review;

— you can explain complex things in simple terms;

— you learn quickly and keep up with new tools.

Will be a plus:

— experience with CRM, Telegram Bot API, websites, or CMS;

— experience with AI agents, RAG, OpenAI API, Anthropic API;

— GitHub, loom demos, mini-projects, or any live work examples;

— experience in creating bots, integrations, or internal services.
