Hello! We are "Aspirity Solution", a development studio that has been creating web and mobile applications, no-code solutions, and AI agents for a wide variety of clients for 10 years.

We are currently looking for an AI Agent Developer. This is a role at the intersection of development, implementation, and partner support. You will work with teams that create and operate e-agents on our platform.

Salary range: from 20 dollars per hour, hourly payment for all hours worked, full-time workload Format: full remote, location outside Russia/Belarus

What you will do:

• Write AI agent logic (conditions, branching, dialog states)
• Configure agent integrations with external services (CRM, calendars, APIs)
• Work with JSON data and response templates
• Create reusable logic modules (skills)
• Find and fix errors in agent scenarios

Requirements (mandatory):

• Python development experience of 1+ year (scripts, backend, automation — any relevant option);
• Developer mindset (understanding conditions, loops, states)
• Experience working with Jinja2 or similar templates
• Ability to work with JSON
• Willingness to learn and use a proprietary language (NSL)

Will be an advantage:

• Experience configuring AI agents or prompt engineering
• Experience with low-code platforms (n8n, Make, etc.)
