We’re hiring an AI Automation & Agent Engineer at Rakuten Viber! 🤖

Our AI Operations team is growing, and we’re looking for someone to help build and scale AI automations across the company — from sales and finance to support and HR. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work with LLM workflows, agents, APIs, MCP integrations, Claude Code, N8N, and more, helping drive AI adoption across Rakuten Viber ⚡

We’re looking for someone with: • Experience building AI automations, workflows, or agents • Strong Python and/or JavaScript skills • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools (N8N, Zapier, Make, etc.) • Ability to lead projects end-to-end and collaborate with non-technical teams

📍 Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.
