Technical Business Assistant / R&D / Growth Operations

We are looking for a technically competent generalist who can be given the task:

"There is a problem/idea. Figure out how to do it, test it, and deliver the result."

This is not a classic assistant — about 70% of the work involves research, troubleshooting, experiments, automation, and finding new solutions.

What to do

— explore new tools and platforms; — search for causes of technical problems; — test growth hypotheses; — create automations and internal tools; — work with API / AI / no-code / low-code; — build MVPs and prototypes; — sometimes perform the found process manually.

We are looking for someone who

— can independently search for information; — does not give up after the first failed hypothesis; — loves to figure out how everything works; — is not afraid of unfamiliar technologies; — can independently assemble a solution from different tools.

Will be a plus: n8n, Make, API, GitHub, Linux, Docker, SQL, Python, JS, scraping, browser automation, AI tools, Telegram bots and personal projects.

Experience and education are secondary. A personal project, bot, or automation might be more interesting than a beautiful CV.

🌎 Remote 💰 $1,200 for the first month 📈 Further compensation growth depending on results and responsibility, target for a strong employee $2,400–3,500/month 🇬🇧 Good English ⏱️ ~8 hours/day, 5–6 days/week, flexible schedule
