Head of AI Implementation into Internal Processes at Cloud.ru Cloud Services Provider
Cloud services provider Cloud.ru is looking for a Head of AI Implementation into Internal Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement AI into current processes — identify areas where a ready-made AI solution can speed up work without re-engineering the process (quick wins)
- Evaluate replacing development with AI — analyze automation requests: can a ready-made AI solution be used instead of development through internal product teams
- Collect and prioritize backlog — maintain a registry of departmental AI needs, assess business impact, rank by value and complexity
- Create agents and tools — develop AI agents (Telegram bots, internal tools, automations) on the corporate AI Factory Cloud.ru stack
- Train and coach — conduct personal and team coaching on using AI for personal effectiveness
- Build a skills certification system (L1–L3) across the company
- Be an internal AI promoter — demonstrate capabilities, work with resistance, foster a positive user experience
- Measure impact — calculate time savings, error reduction, cycle acceleration from AI implementation
Requirements:
Technical skills:
- At least 1 year of experience developing AI agents — not just chatbots, but working automations
- Confident proficiency in Python, REST API, JSON
- Experience working with LLMs via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or domestic equivalents)
- Understanding of prompt engineering: not just "ask the model a question," but systematic prompt design
- Basic understanding of integrations: webhooks, queues, databases
Will be a plus:
- Experience with MCP protocol, Claude Code, multi-agent systems
- Product and communication skills: ability to explain technologies to business users without a technical background
- Experience in training or coaching: conducting sessions, writing guides, creating videos
- Understanding of business processes: at least experience working in a corporate environment and understanding how decisions are made
- Ability to evaluate ROI or at least quantitatively justify value.
Personal qualities:
- Enthusiasm for AI — not just "it's a trend," but genuine interest in the technology's possibilities
- Public speaking and demonstration skills: will need to showcase solutions, inspire, persuade
- Independence: the team is small, there will be no micromanagement
- Adaptability: the corporate environment is changing, priorities are shifting, need to be able to switch gears
