We are looking for a colleague who will help with internal AI projects and work artifacts for the team: analyze documentation, helpdesk materials, and product materials, prepare video demo scenarios, presentations, instructions, and simple prototypes.
This is not a role about sifting through dozens of external AI services. We work in a controlled environment: local models, internal tools, Codex, Claude Code, and other secure solutions from the perspective of data and corporate restrictions.
We need a person who can quickly understand a raw task, structure information, carefully use AI, and deliver the result into understandable material.
Main tasks: — Analyze documentation, helpdesk materials, specifications, and product materials. — Create summaries, scenarios, FAQs, instructions, and training materials. — Prepare video demo scenarios: steps, scripts, voiceover, intro, and final screen. — Create presentations on AI initiatives, research, prototypes, and product ideas. — Work with local LLMs, Codex / Claude Code, files, repositories, and internal pipelines. — Assemble simple AI processes: document analysis, scenario extraction, material comparison, draft preparation. — Verify AI outputs: errors, hallucinations, weak logic, and inaccurate phrasing. — Describe the result so that designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers can use it.
Examples of tasks: — Analyze a help section and identify key user scenarios. — Turn documentation into a video demo structure. — Prepare a script, voiceover text, and presentation structure for a feature. — Compare several documents and identify patterns, discrepancies, and gaps. — Assemble a draft specification for an internal AI tool. — Check how well a local model understands product documentation. — Prepare a 5–10 slide presentation on the results of an AI experiment.
What you need for this: — Structural thinking: see scenarios, connections, and gaps, not just retell text. — Ability to quickly grasp complex product materials. — Good command of Russian, clear formulations, minimal jargon. — Understanding that AI results need verification. — Accuracy in working with data and understanding security limitations. — Readiness to work not only with SaaS interfaces but also through local models, CLI, files, and internal tools.
Will be a plus: — Experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools. — Basic understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, workflow automation. — Experience in documentation, UX, research, product analytics, or technical writing. — Understanding of B2B / enterprise products. — Ability to work with Git, Pixso, Miro, PowerPoint.
Expected result: The outcome should be useful work materials: structured documents, scenarios, presentations, instructions, comparative tables, simple pipelines, and descriptions of AI hypotheses. The main criterion is that the result helps the team understand the product faster, prepare materials, find scenarios, and create internal AI tools without data risk.
This vacancy is for you if: You have experience as a product designer or product owner. You enjoy automating routine tasks and finding ways to optimize processes. You can move forward without fear of mistakes and failures. You are open to new things, do not perceive limitations as obstacles, and are ready to achieve results in the uncertain conditions of the modern world.
