We are a startup focused on analyzing video from surveillance cameras (more details here cheстно-выгодно.рф, we have a CV engineer, but we haven't found a strong Python developer yet). We have a CV model, and events are written to ClickHouse. There is a Django admin panel for configuring video stream integrations/triggers. The goal for the next 2–3 weeks is to complete the MVP and start testing with clients who are already interested in the product. Main tasks for the coming weeks:

1. Automate the creation of readable tables/views from ClickHouse data based on references and detailed technical specifications.
2. Create dashboards from these tables (based on references and technical specifications).
3. In parallel – improve the Django admin panel (UX/logic/integrations).

For engaged and valuable contributors, I am open to discussing stock options (of course, it's important to show results first).

How we work:

1. I + an experienced CTO will provide tasks with context and completion criteria.
2. You estimate hours and calendar time → we agree.
3. You complete → show demo/PR → I pay → next task.
