ABA AI — Developing AI Agents for Business
We are looking for a Middle Backend / Fullstack Developer from Almaty to develop an existing AI agent that consults clients on WhatsApp, processes applications, and integrates with external systems.
Responsibilities:
— Audit and improve existing architecture; — Develop the system to a multi-tenant SaaS; — Integrations with WhatsApp/Meta, CRM, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets; — Work with LLM API, PostgreSQL, queues, and schedulers; — Diagnose production failures, test, and optimize costs.
Requirements:
— Proficient in Node.js/JavaScript and PostgreSQL; — Experience in backend development and API integrations; — Understanding of production architecture; — Experience with LLM, AI agents, WhatsApp/Meta, or CRM will be an advantage; — Residency in Almaty and the ability to meet in person periodically.
Conditions:
— Project-based or part-time employment; — First task — paid technical audit for 4–8 hours; — Long-term cooperation upon successful completion; — Remote work with periodic meetings in Almaty.
Salary:
5,000–10,000 ₸ per hour depending on experience and task. Payment per hour or by agreed stages.
