Technical Skills: • 1C Analyst experience of 2-3 years or more. • Knowledge of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform. • Experience with 1C:Accounting, UT, ZUP configurations, or other accounting solutions. • Understanding of configuration objects: directories, documents, accumulation and information registers, chart of accounts. • Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting principles, understanding of basic business transactions. • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements. • Skill in preparing functional and technical requirements (TOR) for 1C developers. • Experience in assigning tasks to developers, supporting development, and accepting results. • Functional testing skills for enhancements, preparing test cases, and conducting acceptance testing. • Experience in analyzing user errors and participating in their resolution together with developers. • Experience in automating accounting processes. • Experience participating in 1C implementation or development projects. • Understanding of month-end closing processes, inventory accounting, mutual settlements, fixed assets, banking operations, tax accounting, and regulatory reporting. • Experience integrating 1C with external information systems. • Knowledge of ЭСФ, СНТ, ЭАВР, and other services relevant to Kazakhstan.
