Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to drive the acquisition & media analytics. This role is responsible for incrementality measurements, new user acquisition, and implementation of statistical approaches to improve marketing budget management across 48 countries & multiple channels. You will provide the quantitative evidence required to optimize marketing investment planning. This role requires expertise in marketing analytics, experience with performance channels is preferred but not obligatory. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team: design & analyze tests and ensure that marketing investments deliver measurable & positive impact. Your insights will play a key role in scaling global acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns across acquisition channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, OOH, etc
• Build automated tools to improve channel efficiency, user acquisition
• Design and analyze A/B tests to assess impact of messaging, creatives, targeting, and product changes
• Contribute to marketing budget planning by forecasting outcomes of proposed initiatives
• Partner with data engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize buying & channels incrementality
• Develop and refine the analytical logic underpinning user segmentation & behavioral triggers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product or growth analytics roles
• Strong understanding of performance channels & user acquisition
• Strong SQL skills
• Python or R for statistical modeling, cluster analysis, and data manipulation
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
